The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making informed decisions to promote optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of critical care principles, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or eligible for reciprocity
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • CPR for Healthcare Providers certification within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The salary for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
