Job Responsibilities
The Yard Foreman will be responsible for managing all inventory, equipment, and vehicles. This includes receiving deliveries, verifying counts, and organizing materials. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain an accurate inventory count, request purchase orders as needed, and readies supplies and materials for each job. Additionally, the Yard Foreman will be responsible for delivering additional materials to job sites as needed and maintaining the general upkeep of the shop and yard.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old. You must also pass a background check and a drug test. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of welding/fabrication experience is required, along with great communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (typically up to 80 lbs.).

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
