Job Title: Lead Community Organizer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Community Organizer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for directing our community organizing efforts and leading our team of organizers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with community leaders and organizations to identify and address community needs.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement campaigns to address community issues, including research, planning, and execution.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of organizers to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
