As a Dishroom Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that our kitchen staff has a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods
* Restock and maintain the dishroom, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that the dishroom is kept clean and organized throughout the shift
* Participate in the training and implementation of new sanitation procedures and protocols

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
* Prior kitchen experience preferred
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
* Valid Washington State food handler's card

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
* Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
* Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment

**Additional Requirements:**

* Ability to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen
* Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
