About the Role

The Global Client Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. This key position is responsible for managing a book of business, fostering strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing preventative consultation, analysis, and issue resolution associated with core services.
  • Timely and accurately manage and execute all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated issues.
  • Accountable for new group and specific product implementations, leading internal meetings to ensure collaboration and attention to detail throughout the process.
  • Lead client-centric team meetings to review operational performance against client expectations and needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 11-14 years of experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
