Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Team Lead to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading our nuclear medicine department and ensuring the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nuclear medicine technologists and support staff
  • Develop and implement radiation safety protocols and procedures
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable diagnostic imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement educational programs for staff and patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nuclear medicine program or current validated registry from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • 3+ years of experience in nuclear medicine, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
