We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Skyline Med Staff Home Health. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans
  • Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
