Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities through regular maintenance and repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our equipment and processes to ensure that maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or technical school degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance or technical role.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
