At CMP, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Encinitas location. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a fast-paced outpatient community clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including preparing patients, performing laboratory procedures, and administering medication.
- Assist Providers with triaging, inbox, phone calls to patients, wound care, and overseeing support staff.
- Collaborate with the Nursing Services Director to develop and implement medical protocols and procedures.
- Participate in case management and ensure seamless communication with patients and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN.
- Current California State Registered Nurse license and CPR BLS certification.
- Clean driving record and proof of insurance required.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus.
