Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and analyze test results to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education on disease prevention and management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in adolescent medicine.
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program in Adolescent Medicine.
- Board certification in Adolescent Medicine.
- Valid New York State medical license, DEA registration, and CDS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound medical decisions.
- A competitive annual salary range of $180,000 to $215,000, depending on experience.
