This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and community organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and analyze test results to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education on disease prevention and management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in adolescent medicine.
Requirements:
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program in Adolescent Medicine.
  • Board certification in Adolescent Medicine.
  • Valid New York State medical license, DEA registration, and CDS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound medical decisions.
