Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Host Home Providers. This role is essential in offering support and guidance to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.


Key Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Familiarity with and adherence to Colorado State regulations governing Host Home Providers
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Completion of essential training courses, including CPR and First Aid
  • Acquisition of QMAP certification
  • Residence in a home that complies with HUD and Colorado State standards
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Maintaining a clean driving record
  • Professional liability and auto insurance as mandated by law
  • Understanding of the responsibilities associated with being an independent contractor/Host Home Provider
  • Experience with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred but not mandatory
