Salary

This Registered Nurse position comes with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $105,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients at our ophthalmology practice in Fargo, North Dakota. As a professional practicing in a multi-faceted domain of specialty nursing, you will have the authority, accountability, and responsibility for your nursing practice. You will make decisions and take action consistent with the obligation to promote health and to provide optimal care recognizing that health is a universal right.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing
  • Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire

What You'll Do

You will interact with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully using the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply the appropriate intervention, and evaluate the outcome.

FTE and Work Schedule

This position is full-time, working 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There are no weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations required.
