Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist PRN to join our team at TriCities Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue used to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning the patient to capture optimal images requested by the physician.
  • Accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment.
  • Assist the radiologist in administering medication and contrast agents, performing biopsies, and providing care to patients.
  • Prepare examination rooms for CT scans and/or invasive procedures, and maintain room cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
  • ARRT-CT certification preferred.
  • CT experience preferred.
