Job Summary

This role is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements involving corporate, property, and online matters for Conduct Detrimental LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate law and be able to provide practical legal advice to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Managing a broad range of corporate, property, and online matters
  • Providing legal advice to internal clients
  • Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with federal securities laws and related matters
  • Managing the Company's master leases
  • Preparing, monitoring, and adhering to budgets
  • Reporting budget concerns and deviations
  • Assisting with preparation of board and committee materials
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
