Event Coordinator Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator Associate to provide exceptional support in planning and executing memorable events at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport.
About the Role- Set up function areas with designated equipment as specified by group requirements and departmental standards, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Prepare banquet rooms/areas for events, including setup of table linens and tabletop items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Familiarize yourself with all hotel services and features to respond accurately to guest inquiries, enhancing their overall experience.
- Accommodate guest requests for additions/changes to scheduled arrangements, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
- Promote positive guest relations and maintain a clean and organized work environment, reflecting positively on the hotel's reputation.
- Serve food courses and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our events team.
The estimated hourly salary for this role is $18.75-$22.50, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.
