Key Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of our pharmacy services, including medication use and patient outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our patients and customers, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personnel Management: Lead and develop our pharmacy team, including Pharmacy Technicians and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of our pharmacy, including managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential risks to our pharmacy, including loss of inventory or revenue.
  • Workflow Management: Optimize our pharmacy workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state where employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Must be certified in immunizations through an accredited organization.
  • No Pending Felony Charges: Must not have any pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
