Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Wargame Branch Operations Analyst to provide analytical support to Wargame Division events in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing recommendations to Wargame Branch Lead, Game Directors on the effective use, scope, objective, and timelines for analytic study efforts in support of MCWL wargaming activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute approved study plans and support simulation development using models, simulations, and other custom analytical applications.
  • Support the development of written study reports that address the study objective, research questions, and data collection plan.
  • Collaborate closely with military personnel and other stakeholders to assist in refinement of project modeling for data output.
  • Analyze collected data and extract information relevant to the problem being addressed.
  • Inform quantitative models and analytical tools relevant to MS&A activities.
  • Write memos, reports, and other documents translating findings and recommendations for managers, executives, and other leadership officials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in operations research, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
  • Knowledge in statistical modeling and ability to learn and become familiar with modeling and simulation frameworks.
  • Ability to translate analytical results to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn and understand how to integrate and leverage M&S tools.
  • Ability to socialize analytical capabilities to keep leadership informed of emerging analytical expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of the Design of Experiment process.
  • Familiarity with agent-based stochastic modeling and complimenting approaches for analysis of operational and mission level analysis.
  • Familiarity with reading multiple programming languages.
Clearance Requirements
  • Current DOD Secret Clearance, with ability to acquire TS/SCI.
