Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to golfers and resort guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell pro shop merchandise, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories, as well as resort-branded apparel and gifts.
  • Tee Time Management: Manage the tee time system, ensuring that golfers are assigned to the correct tee times and that all fees are collected.
  • Point of Sales Operations: Operate the point of sales system, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Pro Shop Maintenance: Clean, stock, and maintain the Pro Shop, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Communication: Communicate with the Starter's table and other resort staff to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
