- Minimum of one year in a sales role

- Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care

- Delivering outstanding service to members and patients
- Primary focus on acquiring memberships to achieve sales targets
- Welcoming members and patients upon arrival and checking them in for appointments
- Handling incoming phone inquiries
- Re-engaging with inactive members
- Staying informed about membership options, packages, and promotions
- Supporting team objectives and fostering positive relationships among team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
- Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- Keeping management informed of member feedback and adhering to policies
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Accepting constructive feedback positively and using it for growth
- Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
