  • Welcoming members and patients upon arrival and checking them in for appointments
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries
  • Re-engaging with inactive members
  • Staying informed about membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Supporting team objectives and fostering positive relationships among team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Keeping management informed of member feedback and adhering to policies
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Accepting constructive feedback positively and using it for growth
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
