Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Representative receives and processes inventory, oversees warehouse organization and cleanliness, and dispatches rolled carpet goods and supplies based on daily production schedules. This role involves operating a forklift, performing customer service duties, and reporting to a Site Operations Manager.

Essential Functions
  • Retrieve supplies and materials by studying daily pull tickets, locating and verifying correct materials, securing carpet rolls on trucks, and moving rolls via forklift to storage locations.
  • Maintain inventory of supply products by anticipating and tracking usage.
  • Monitor inventory by reporting discrepancies.
  • Clear storage areas by securing and moving carpet rolls to storage locations.
  • Perform customer service duties, including scheduling, communication, and resulting jobs.
  • Attend training sessions as directed by local managers and support teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and provide proof of employment eligibility.
  • Able to lift 75-100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, construction, distribution, logistics, or customer service.
  • Forklift certification or license (Romanoff Renovations will provide training and certification).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and professional experience.
