Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement individualized meal plans based on residents' nutritional needs
2. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
3. Monitor and document residents' nutritional status
4. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall health and well-being

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
• Strong organizational and communication skills
