  • Organize monthly driver meetings, oversee company training requirements, and implement changes to daily operational procedures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all field operations, including the service area's streets, landmarks, and highways.
  • Support Facility Managers with additional responsibilities as required.
Essential Qualifications:

Successful candidates should possess the following:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience or knowledge in shuttle or dispatched transportation operations.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card is mandatory.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage unexpected situations effectively.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Present a neat and professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards.

As part of our team, you will be eligible for benefits including dental, medical, and vision insurance after a specified period of employment, along with paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time.

This position is classified as NON-EXEMPT/HOURLY. A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening are required.
