BBG, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will report to the Controller and will be responsible for various financial tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, acquisitions, and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the accounts payable cycle, including collecting and processing vendor invoices, researching and resolving discrepancies, and issuing payments.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, and participate in month-end close activities.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments, entering credit memos, and collections.
  • Prepare daily cash reconciliations, research and resolve customer inquiries, and prepare and distribute customer statements.
  • Participate in month-end close activities and perform other duties as required to support the accounting team.

**Requirements:**

  • College degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Salary:** $55-60k annually
