Job Title: NRS ServiceNow SME

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SME to join our team at Warriors Recruiting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders. They will ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed, and have demonstrated professional experience supporting large ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed
  • Support large ServiceNow implementations
  • Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into complex problems and processes relating to ServiceNow
  • Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives with respect to ServiceNow
  • Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally complex, inter-discipline, inter-organizational experience
  • Leadership/management experience
  • DoD 8570 compliance or information assurance certification
  • Applicable software or hardware training and certifications
  • Experience with design and optimization of databases, AWS, and/or C2S, and at least four ServiceNow modules

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED +12
  • Associates Degree +10
  • Bachelors Degree +8
  • Masters Degree +6

Required Certifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAT II (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Product Line Certification for Administrator
  • ITIL Foundation
