We aim to deliver a premium experience for our Nike teammates and consumers, and a Coach plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. Your understanding of store operations will provide clarity to your team, while your ability to empower peers and direct reports will drive results.

In addition to shared leadership responsibilities, you will concentrate on one of five Areas of Expertise, gaining essential experiences that will aid your development journey:

  • Selling and Service: The core of our operations, ensuring a seamless consumer journey through encouragement, connection, and product knowledge.
  • Team and Culture: Focusing on teammates by hiring, developing, and retaining key talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Visual Merchandising: Crafting intentional storytelling while emphasizing sport and style.
  • Digital: Strengthening the connection between online and offline services with in-store tools.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • One year of leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Passion for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members.
  • Digital literacy and a desire to learn and adapt to technological needs.
  • Flexibility to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; completion of post-secondary education is a plus.
