A Property Leasing Consultant is instrumental in drawing in qualified tenants to the community. This role is vital for fostering robust communities and converting prospects into dedicated tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract potential residents and facilitate leasing agreements
- Conduct community tours, showcase available units, and lease properties
- Assess applicants and manage application processes
- Oversee move-ins and ensure properties are prepared for new tenants
- Inform new residents about community policies and regulations
- Follow up with prospects and support lease renewals
- Draft tenant notifications, marketing materials, and assist with resident inquiries
- Uphold community standards and contribute to marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience in sales or leasing is preferred
- Familiarity with Property Management Software is advantageous
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a consistent daily schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using computers and electronic devices
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing or sitting
- Able to navigate the work environment and lift items up to 25 pounds
