Job Title: Baker

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced baker to join our production team at Doughboy Restaurant Group. As a baker, you will be responsible for operating industrial baking equipment, following recipes and production schedules, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality
• Monitor baking processes, including oven temperatures and baking times
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in baking
  • Knowledge of industrial baking equipment and processes
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
