The Residential Cleaner role is an integral part of the Facilities Team, dedicated to ensuring a pristine, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
What You'll Do
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Maintain immaculate conditions throughout our facilities
Attend to residents' rooms and communal spaces
Respond promptly to requests
Manage waste disposal
Provide laundry services and change residents' bedding daily, including ironing and pressing as necessary
Conduct inspections of residents' rooms and shared areas to confirm tidiness
Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness consistently
Reset areas post-use, prioritizing safety and sanitation in your daily tasks.
Responsibilities encompass customer service, safety, sanitation, and effective communication.
What You'll Bring
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must successfully complete State and Company criminal background/drug screenings.
Exhibit strong time management skills.
Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
