Job DescriptionRole Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Speech-Language Specialist. In this role, you will work with PreK-8th grade students near Sturtevant, WI, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-8th grade students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Provide direct therapy services that target a range of speech and language skills.
  • Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning goals.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for speech therapy services in schools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Wisconsin SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
  • Experience working with PreK-8th grade students preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
