We are seeking skilled Cooks at Golden Corral who will be responsible for crafting high-quality, appetizing Hot Choice Buffet offerings. This role emphasizes meticulous cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to product guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Hot Choice Buffet selections in accordance with Golden Corral recipes.
  • Grill items to meet Golden Corral's quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure all fried dishes are served fresh and at the correct temperature.
  • Restock items at the Display Cooking Station as necessary.
  • Assist patrons with carved meat selections in the absence of the Carver.
  • Utilize the buffet production system to ensure quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain appropriate cooking temperatures.
  • Utilize production guides for inventory management.
  • Adhere to opening and closing protocols.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment as per the operational manual.
  • Handle food products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
