  • Recruits, trains, and evaluates dining staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and variety
  • Coordinates food deliveries and inventory management
  • Handles customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in dining services management or leadership
  • Must be Serv-Safe certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hiring
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
