• Client Engagement: Ensure effective communication from the first interaction to the conclusion of services.
• Client Contentment: Use before and after images to ensure client satisfaction and document procedures with authorized electronic devices.
• Professional Conduct: Uphold a courteous and professional demeanor consistently.
• Business Development: Proactively seek referrals and feedback from clients, aiming for an 80% booking rate after six months.
• Ongoing Training: Engage in continuous education through workshops, classes, and mandatory training sessions.
• Personalized Skin Care: Offer customized skin care advice and recommend products tailored to individual client requirements.
• Sales Objectives: Achieve monthly sales goals and participate in company-led product sales initiatives.
• Sanitation Standards: Follow the cleanliness protocols established by Lash and Company.
