Your Role
As a Part Time Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will collaborate with experienced dental professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be utilized to promote oral health and well-being among our young patients.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year. As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans. We also offer a 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match, Paid holidays and time off, Continuing Education reimbursements, and Reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. A valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure is also required. Additionally, you should demonstrate compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
Working Conditions
This part-time position involves working Saturday shifts, typically Friday/Saturday. The office flow is designed to manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. You will work closely with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. This role offers multiple schedule options to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available for full-time positions, but this opportunity is part-time.
