Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team at Franciscan Health. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to our patients and athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care with coaches, athletes, parents, and medical staff to ensure seamless treatment and rehabilitation.
  • Evaluate and treat athletic injuries, providing first aid and immediate care as needed.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation and return-to-play programs for athletes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
  • Participate in educational outreach programs to promote injury prevention and conditioning.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care and treatment.
Requirements
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree or 1 year of experience in Physical Medicine or Athletic Training.
  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) certification.
  • Licensed Athletic Trainer in Indiana or Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification.
