Key Responsibilities

  • Be an Expert Baker: Develop and execute creative bakery designs, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs. Utilize a variety of products and tools to create intricate designs and patterns on baked goods.
  • Be a Tech-Savvy Baker: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make informed business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, and product quality.
  • Be an Owner of Quality: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards are met. Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in the bakery.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assisting in training. Develop, influence, and inspire associates to work in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cake decorating experience.
