About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team at Latitude Corp. As a key member of our precision metal manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various fabrication equipment and hand tools to produce high-quality metal parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate brake presses, punches, lasers, and other fabrication equipment to produce metal parts
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and tools
  • Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met in all work
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce cycle time

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar function or 2 years of internal experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to comprehend basic GD&T and interpret data from manual measurements
  • Proficiency in quality assurance self-checks and basic measurement tools
