• Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe meat processing operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and yield.
• Collaborate with superintendents and other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular safety orientations and meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience in the food processing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate team members fairly and objectively.
• Good mathematical background to perform calculations on yield, productivity, and reports.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete/metal grate floor.
