This role includes a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics, with rank determined by individual achievements, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care, including both outpatient and inpatient services, as well as consultative support for pediatric patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Engage in the education and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of Gastroenterology.
- Perform a variety of pediatric gastrointestinal procedures, including but not limited to upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives through the Voelker Clinical Research Center, supporting faculty interested in advancing their research endeavors.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an M.D., Ph.D. / M.D. / D.O. degree, or equivalent.
- Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology (or equivalent).
- Active licensure by the Texas Medical Board.
- Board Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics, with subspecialty certification in pediatric gastroenterology (or eligibility for certification).
