The Contents Technician is a key member of the Paul Davis team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. As a backbone of our field presence, this role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain workstations, including assembling boxes and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying and processing damaged items, and gather, sort, and pack affected contents.
  • Clean and process affected contents, utilizing applicable cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Repackage cleaned contents and ensure they are ready for delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with management and team leaders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow directions and work collaboratively with other technicians to deliver high-quality service on time.
  • Collect and manage field-related documentation, including paperwork and reports.
  • Manage company supplies and equipment to minimize waste and ensure longevity.

Requirements:

  • Clean Criminal History
  • Background of Hard work
  • Driver's License
  • Personal Vehicle
  • Smart Phone
  • Lift, bend, pull, push repeatedly. Up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for periods of time up to 8 hours

Work Environment:

A typical shift for this position is 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. However, the Contents Technician must be able to contribute to the on-call rotation for weekdays and weekends.
