Senior Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Technician to join our team as a Thermo King specialist. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our refrigeration units.

• Perform routine maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment, including Carrier and Thermo King units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records of repair orders, PM lists, and parts accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with EPA and OSHA regulations related to workplace safety.
