We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and coordinate care delivery, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare workers and evaluate progress toward patient goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing and telehealth settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
- Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
- Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
- Finger dexterity.
