We are seeking a highly skilled Director of IT Innovation to lead our IT department and drive technological advancements. As a pivotal executive role, you will oversee the transformation of our IT infrastructure, security, and business intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a member of our Executive leadership team, collaborating with other executive team members and keeping one another abreast of each department's key initiatives.
  • Present reports to boards of directors regarding IT and BI's vision, strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), and accomplishments.
  • Conduct high-level analysis and make changes as necessary to departmental resource planning to serve each business unit efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive departmental results that support organization-wide Balanced Scorecard initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, security, and business intelligence teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity best practices, and business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 100% employer-paid insurance (medical, dental, and vision), Paid Time off (PTO), and paid parental leave.
