Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at L & B Management Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our property portfolio, including answering phone calls, sending emails, scanning, faxing, learning our property management portal, attending board meetings, and writing meeting minutes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly. You will also need to be people-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the board of directors
  • Managing daily correspondence, including phone calls and emails
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Coordinating board meetings and events

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
