Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses tied to the property's commission structure, starting at $16 to $17 per hour.

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant who excels at delivering exceptional customer service, identifying residents' needs, and securing lease agreements. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
  • Communicating effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process
  • Serving as a resource for residents to address concerns and find solutions
  • Building lasting relationships to retain and attract residents
  • Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Coordinating community activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
