Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both inside and outside the building, to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company, local, state, and federal safety directives to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism, and suspicious activity, and report them to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to resident call buttons in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the entrance and ensure the security of our workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Emotional intelligence and good character judgment to effectively interact with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Ability to operate emergency equipment and detection devices.
