We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and delivering exceptional imaging services.
Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
- Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
- Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists.
- Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologists, and other hospital personnel.
- Ensure current standards of practice for the unit.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including Surgery and Trauma.
- One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required.
- Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.
- Physical Requirements: Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.
