Agricultural Engineer-Summit Livestock Facilities Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to join our team at Summit Livestock Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural engineering, with expertise in designing and developing innovative solutions for livestock facilities.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of large-scale agricultural projects, including R&D, project development, feasibility studies, and concept design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative results and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for biosecurity, livestock health, facility efficiencies, and livestock buildings systems and structures.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Four years of full-time engineering experience, preferably in agricultural construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical capacity, and communication proficiency.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
