About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident health, and provide education and support to residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the Resident Care Director
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care or senior care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care
