Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our Estate Planning Department, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents and concepts for clients' custom Estate Plans. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms will ensure that clients have a comprehensive understanding of their estate planning options.



Responsibilities
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy, personalizing each interaction to provide excellent service.
  • Explain complex legal concepts in simple terms, ensuring clients have confidence in their estate planning decisions.
  • Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases, providing exceptional support and guidance.


Qualifications
  • Paralegal certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Compensation

$70,000 total compensation
