The Ob Hospitalist Group is seeking a skilled Obstetrics Hospitalist Manager to lead our clinical teams. This role will oversee the delivery of clinical services at all assigned hospitals, ensuring consistent performance in accordance with program definition. The successful candidate will supervise, mentor, and advise Site Directors and individual Team members, as well as develop Site Directors into independent clinical leaders for their assigned programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical services at assigned hospitals
- Supervision and mentorship of Site Directors and Team members
- Development of Site Directors into independent clinical leaders
- Ensuring clinical policies and procedures are enforced
- Management of clinician issues and communication with hospital leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel regularly
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
